Unexpected dining disaster

The water bottles in our room were a refreshing welcome, and we appreciated the clean linens. The staff were friendly and proactive, particularly the front desk team, who always greeted us with a smile.

The food experience was disheartening. the buffet seemed like leftovers, and the quality declined sharply. Even basic hygiene in food safety felt compromised, especially with the rotten produce.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

The location is simply perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to public transport. The staff are incredibly friendly, ensuring a warm atmosphere. I loved having the option to enjoy beach time until my late flight, along with a refreshing shower at the end. Truly a wonderful experience!

my stay at this hotel was hardly what i expected, especially with the lack of hot water for showers and the uncomfortable bed. as if that wasn't enough, i was just expecting a complimentary gesture for my trouble but alas, nothing was forthcoming. i almost thought about a good review, but i just couldn't. so disappointing, really.
